Myself and a friend had appointments for 4.30pm but managed to get lost in Liverpool and arrived half an hour late. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and asked whether it would still be possible to fit us in. We were told that they wouldn't be able to take us until 6pm and the manager even offered to keep the store open to make sure we had our hair finished. We weren't able to do this though, but rather than just letting us go we were actually given back the money that we had paid through Wahanda... Something which I was not expecting!
This has encouraged me to go back to this salon again next time I am in Liverpool. However, one thing I would say is that their communication over the phone was not the greatest. We were told to come in with our hair already blew dry, which we did. It wasn't until getting there that we were told that we needed our hair curled first, which would have cost an additional £25 that we were completely unprepared for... Would have been nice for them to have warned us beforehand as I had let the staff know that we had never had this treatment before.
