Staff at this place clearly have far better things to do than attend to their customers. I booked an appointment for a gellish manicure, and the therapist couldn't have been more put out. As it turns out, I got a "shape and paint", not an actual manicure (where they do exotic, really difficult things like push your cuticles back) because that's what they said I had booked. Really?! I'd come into the salon, intending to spend £39 for a manicure, and instead they opted to earn £25 for a shape and paint. But this meant that the therapist had time to pluck her eyebrows before her next appointment. Seriously... she said this right in front of me! So, I spent £25 on something it looks like I did myself. Trust I'll be spending NOTHING in this place in future!
