At our point of arrival I thought that all was well from previous correspondence with Wahanda. Of course my friend and I were very disappointed to hear that we were not on the booking system having travelled to London specifically for the treatment. Fortunately, the spa staff were very accommodating and offered us the use of the spa facilities (which would usually cost £50) and booked us in for our paid treatment for another day.
My friend and I enjoyed various steam and sauna rooms of different scents (our favourite was the pine and eucalyptus seam room) and an amazing monsoon shower!
The day was not a complete loss however, from speaking to the spa staff this has not been the first time that a Wahanda customer has had such disappointment. I would suggest that Wahanda revisit their booking system to avoid such disappointment in the future.
