Pilates Body Awareness at The Urdang Academy

Chris Hocking draws you into her unique pilates teaching from the first class. She explains exactly why and how you should be doing pilates regularly. It's difficult to justify not going! I would highly recommend sticking with it through the first level and into level 2 and beyond - her knowledge of the body and how it works cannot be found very often within pilates teaching - you learn something new in each class.
