Pilates Body Awareness at The Urdang Academy

I've been attending Chris' pilates classes for years, including through 2 pregnancies (once with twins). Her meticulous and exacting teaching methods mean this is no regular class! She understands a lot about how bodies work, will work hard to ensure everyone benefits from the positions despite different body shapes, and takes great pains to explain why she insists on a particular body movement / position. I find her classes great for the body - a fantastic stretch - and great for the mind - taking me away from the stresses of work, family and London life.
