This lovely hotel has a small but well maintained spa. I went with a couple of girlfriends for a birthday treat, and we had a day spa pass together with a half hour massage. You should probably check when you call up if you don't want to have a male therapist, luckily they were able to organise for us to have a treatment with a female therapist. The half hour message was one of the most amazing massages I've ever had in London.
The spa facilities are quite compact, there's a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and rain forest shower in a small area, a couple of relaxation chairs and an exercise pool. We couldn't quite work out how to use the exercise pool but it would get quite crowded in there if there were more than 2 people.
Overall the massage was amazing, the spa facilities were lovely but small. If it's a busy day then you may find it too crowded.
