I booked a living social set of 3 facials. before buying the deal I telephoned and visited the place to have a mini consultation of what I should purchase. I left and bought the most expensive offer as recommended for my skin. On visiting there are pages of forms to complete , it all feels like a hard sell. Then I am finally advised that the facial I had bought was not suitable for me , so they are providing the basic facial. Having had extremely good facials in the past, this did not compare whatsoever.Iit was nothing more than a good face cleanse with layers of cream . It was only the face, most other salons do the decollete as well. After my good cleanse I was provided a prescription of creams for the bargain price of well above £500 with a a buying plan if I so desired.. Now if after asking destination skin for advice I did not receive what I paid for then why would I follow any other advice they offer . The day after the facial for the first time ever I came out in horrible spots that took 10 days to settle. I was bitterly disappointed and I have yet another 2 facials to experience
