I arrived at Cissors Palace greeted by the lovely staff, offered a cup of green tea and made to feel very welcome. The reception is bright and clean. After the usual form filling I was led into the treatment room which was much dimmer, with tea lights and soothing music, and the big plus was they had made sure the room was toasty warm ready for the massage!
The massage itself was lovely, I had the lovely Shweta who was very accommodating - I asked the pressure to be adjusted a couple of times and nothing was too much trouble. After the massage I was told to take my time, it's lovely not to feel rushed at all. A glass of water was waiting for me outside when I was ready.
All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would certainly return. The only (constructive) criticism I have would be to have a rug/mat next to the treatment bed as the tiles were quite cold when stepping off the bed. That is minor and nitpicking of course, as the whole experience was lovely!
