I did the three day juice fast as I liked the idea of cleansing my system a bit and it seemed really simple. I actually quite enjoyed the juicing in that I felt quite good, not really hungry (although I did get a bit bored of it) and I didn't feel the need to cheat. My problem was that I really didn't like the juices. They didn't seem to have put anything in to make them taste good. So for example there was the "lunch" juice which just tasted of blended cucumber - not my idea of a delicious meal! I have done other juicing things where they tasted so much better. I can be a bit fussy but my mum and boyfriend also did the three day fast. They found the juices more tolerable but they agreed that they didn't taste nice at all.

I also thought the customer service was pretty poor. For example when I first contacted them the woman emailed me back a form to fill out. Only she emailed me someone else's form with their details filled in. Including this person's name, address, email address and phone number. I emailed to let her know and to say I thought this was not very professional and could she confirm that my details would not be shared with anyone but I didn't get a response.

Also, one of the questions they ask is "are there any foods you don't like". The only thing I said was bananas. So I was pretty unimpressed when one day two of the juices were mostly banana and just tasted of banana! If they just make the same juice for everyone I guess that's fine but I don't think they should bother asking your preferences in that case! And when I emailed to say I really wasn't enjoying the juices and was there anything they could do to help (I wasn't expecting much but it was worth a try) I didn't get a response at all.

Overall I like the idea and the juice fast was ok but the juices did not taste nice and the customer service was poor.
