Wildmoor Spa & Health Club

We have been going to wildmore spa for a few years now but NEVER AGAIN.
Today was booked late december for my wifes birthday. We arrived and were asked to wait in the restaurant area. We ordered and ate breakfast before being told they could not find our booking. They spent so much time trying to find when the phone conversation took place it was a joke. Eventually came back to tell us there was nothing we could do and as my wife is 5 months pregnant it was a bit pointless staying just to have a swim we got a refund and left. Also cancelled a meal we had booked at the arden hotel for tonight in stratford.
Spoke later on to Kim Craven as the manager Anthony Bird “was in a meeting”, but she to be honest was not that bothered and went through the motions of apologising.
If you do book i suggest phoning back the day before to make sure they have you down.
