Hi Judy,
It depends how fast you want results. For the quickest results, you'll want to
(in addition to watching your diet and making sure you are on top of eating healthy and correct portion size) try to fit in at least 3-5 days of resistance training and 5-7 days of cardio. If you train and eat properly, you will start to see a difference in just 3-4 weeks. Keep it up and you'll be smoking hot by your summer vacation!
