Hi Judy! Depending on your effort, you can burn up to 1000 calories an hour in a Zumba Fitness workout. One pound is approxomately 3500 calories. So with no other eating habit changes, or any other exercise, you would need to do 3-4 Zumba workouts a week to lose a pound per week. If you adjust your eating habits, and give it your all, you can see results very quickly! Keep in mind, that while burning calories you are also toning your muscles and that burns fat as well. Try to find a zumba toning class in your area as well for noticible results! :) Have a wonderful holiday!!
