Rest is the best you could do. The worst thing to do is to continue to train the same groups of muscles over and over. Try some L-glutamine and BCAAs powder or in pill form following the workout as well as whey isolate protein of some kind. You can add it all together to the protein shake if it is in powder form. Also try to drink at least 6-8oz of water every 15 to 30 mins after the workout to rehydrate. Give it a try and within a couple weeks you wil be pushing right through the classes with little to no pain the days following
