Try Googling oil gargling and do it. It will help rid your body of toxins. You really do need to find the time to relax, whether that is meditation, yoga, great bodywork, etc. your condition is giving you a message. Also, hands are how we reach out and take from the world as well as give to it. How are you depriving yourself in one of these ways?
