Oh My GOD...I could have written this exact same statement. I visited there on Wednesday 27 March, and I also work in a demanding job and do lots of physical exercise. I was kept waiting 14 minutes, and then i went in for my massage. Nothing special, I've had a lot especially in Thailand and I asked the therapist to go a bit harder but she didn't really! It was supposed to have been a full body massage... but she missed out the top of my legs both front and back, In fact all I had was back, arms and 3/4 legs and feet! The main problem was the staff using the facilities outside the door of the treatment room and they were talking constantly for the whole hour of my treatment. I have never been to a salon/spa were this was allowed to happen. It turned out it was the Manager and 1 member of staff having a loud conversation and as I complained she was totally ignorant of my complaint. I was extremely disappointed and told her it was a total waste of my time and money, and I would not be returning. Totally unprofessional and one of the worst experiences ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.
