We regret that we have not fulfilled your expectations regarding your booking. We hoped that by now you had a full refund for your treatments booked with us (which we confirmed). During our peak periods, we are extremely busy with clients and unable to confirm SAME DAY bookings via the telephone or email. Our doctors are sensitive to the different patients needs and expectations which invariably results in an unforeseen delays, which is a testament to their professional behaviour.
