The Spa at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa

I am a member at The Mere and have been for a number of years. I think it is very well run, the girls who do the treatments are all lovely, the quality of the products is great and the space is kept very clean and tidy by the great staff. I have only one negative comment and that is the welcome when entering the premises. The reception staff rarely look up away from their screens to acknowledge people entering or leaving. This may be due to the height of the desk or the fact they are stood up doing goodness know what on the computers, but it just feels unfriendly and aloof. I am on no doubt that they are busy and being efficient, but a little hello and smile would be joyous.
