Overall experience was ok.
The main building front reception could do with more customer service training - when we arrived,they did not even show us where to go etc. definitely was not a warm welcome.
We really enjoyed the gym and the spa pool - that was followed by a nice lunch so thumbs up for that
With regards to the treatments we had it was ok.
The therapist did not communicate at all - I would at least expect them to say - this is the cosmetics I am going to use etc.
With the facial I would expect her to say - now I am putting on this etc etc - instead it was utter silence.
The manicure was quite shambolic - it should be called nail painting session with a little bit of file..as that is all that happened and was not to a very good standard.
