Salon 100 London

The salon is a neighbourhood salon in Acton - off a side street, nothing fancy. Staff were nice and unintrusive, music was stopped for Ramadan prayers at some point during my treatment, overall ok. I had booked a Japanese straightening treatment and bought a voucher for it at £150, but it was adverstised at the same price on a board outside the salon, so not sure if I actually got a deal. Having said that, I am very happy with the treatment. My hair is brunette and waivy, I've done many hair straightening treatments in the past with varios degrees of success, looking for straight hair that doesnt require blow-drying/irons after washing. This is close, but not poker-straight. Hair is shiny and non-frizzy, loads less volume which is what I wanted, much better than keratine treatments. Still waivy in some parts if I dont blow dry it, but has significantly reduced the time I spend on it. I may try a Yuko treatment next time in the quest for low-maintenance poker straught hair, but I am happier with this treatment than what I've been with most in the past.
