Your comments are untrue. Yes you scheduled your appointment the day before having the treatment, which is why when you called us 2 hours before your appointment we moved it for you, at your request. You still arrived 30 minutes late for your appointment. It was pointed out to you on your confirmation e-mail before attending our cancellation/ change policy. We made every effort to accommodate your requests, but you still arrived 30 Minutes Late. You were advised we are unable to continue past your allocation time as this would have a ripple effect on customers attending after you.
