I had a Elemis Skin Specifics Facial voucher, which entitled to me to a choice of 60-minute facials, along with use of the spa facilities. I went along today, Easter Monday, at 2.50pm. I spent about an hour using the spa (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool). I was the only person there, it was great! Needless to say, I could properly relax and take full advantage of the facilities. I then went on to have my facial. I opted for a moisture rich facial. The treatment room was warm and inviting, with a glorious aroma and gentle chillout music playing. The treatment bed was sturdy and extremely comfortable. My beautician was a very pleasant lady. She did a superb job, I literally drifted away whilst she worked her magic. In addition to the facial, I got an arm, hand and head massage too, whilst my face mask dried. The overall experience was divine. The spa isn't huge, but more than adequate. The changing rooms were reasonably fresh and tidy with two very decent showers. I was also provided with a robe, towel and slippers, I just needed a £1 coin for the sizable locker. I shall be purchasing another Elemis Skin Specifics Facial, I can't wait to revisit! Incidentally, the hotel has a restaurant (I understand that spa clients receive a 50% discount!) with a view over the river. Superb on a sunny day in London!
