Gloots Face & Body Therapies at Hedley House Hotel

We had originally booked a spa package at a much larger hotel in York but when they let us down I contacted Jacquie and immediately knew we would be well looked after. Jacquie was in regular contact and arranged for treatments that would be suitable for everyone and even provided us with some extra treats like mulled wine and chocolates when we arrived. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna and liked how the hot tub being in the relaxation lounge made the whole experience very sociable even for larger groups. Everyone enjoyed their treatment provided by Jacquie and her colleague and my lava shell massage was the perfect end to a weekend away with friends and family. We ended up being glad the original hotel had cancelled on us - they would have struggled to beat the personal service we received from Jacquie and the staff at Hedley House Hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gloots and although I don't live near York I am already looking forward to having chance to return and enjoy more treatments.
