I remember the spa when it was under a different management and was always happy with treatments received. That's why a booked in for a facial and a massage (not knowing owner's changed). The treatment room was right outside the reception area and a hallway that leads into the changing rooms. The reception staff & therapists (that were currently not busy with any treatments) had no consideration regarding treatments going on as were speaking, gossiping and talking so loudly the massage and facial ended up to be a stressful rather than a distressful experience. To make matters worse they had no relaxing music in the treatment room to take your mind off things, not that it would silenced the noise and chatter outside. Left a very unprofessional image and would never go back!! The treatment itself was ok, but not enough to make you want to go back.
