It's been the worst experience of my life.
I was really looking forward to it as tomorrow I'm going on holiday and I left extremely unhappy.
I bought a voucher with 30 manicure and 40 minutes pedicure,but when I started getting the pedicure done I did expect not only my nails polished,but also a scrub to remove the dead skin.But when I did ask about it one of the girls simply replyed with an attitude "sorry for that you have to pay extra!"
So I did say "that's fine,I will pay extra" but then two of them started to talk on top of each other saying that they didn't have time to do it as they were about to close.I was in shock as I also had to wait for nearly 15 minutes and they basically didn't make any effort to make me leave happy,even when I mentioned to them that my pedicure ended up been an express pedicure and not a 40 minutes one likes saved in the voucher!
Then I did ask to speak to the manager and the girl that was doing my pedicure made a phone call trying to get hold of the manager,while all the other girls had nothing else to do and I thought it would have made more sense for one of them to make the phone call ,so that girl could carry on the pedicure.
So once they told me that manager wasn't available I was so disappointed as the girl did the job in such a hurry to finish the job quickly and she left me there,nobody came to check if my nail varnished was dry and they started to put the light off and they said that they to leave!
I did ask to the girl at the reception desk to have a business card with her manager name and giving the back to me,pretending to be busy she said that she didn't have one.
So I did ask the name of the manager and she said that she didn't know her surname.
Such a bad customer service on top of everything else and they are trying to get more clients with the vouchers...Definately they are not doing a good job.
I never had such a horrendous experience before!
