I bought 2 vouchers for the Hammam experience as it seemed really good value and a nice idea for a gift however was incredibly disappointed with the overall visit. We arrived and were offered tea and all seemed ok however were then shoved into a tiny backroom where we were told to change. Everyone else was changing here too and there was someone else having another treatment behind a curtain, so no space and no privacy! We were then shown downstairs and into a sauna. Again, this was pretty cramped and all the treatments seemed rushed. No one really told us what was going to happen and we were just shoved around and pointed at by one lady who was treating everyone at the same time. The relaxation area was nice - lots of fruit and tea and plenty of time to chill out. I had then chosen to supplement my visit with a mani / pedi - Avoid at all costs. This was rushed, there was a really poor choice of colours with cheap polish, and they don't have the right equipment (dryers etc). I waited for over an hour for my nails to dry - no one even looked at them. Needless to say they were ruined before I got home. I contacted the spa for a refund and they didn't ever get back to me properly to resolve the issue. If you are looking for a spa in London you can definitely find better quality and better service elsewhere.
