What's the difference between a Nano Keratin Brazilian treatment with a waiting period and without?

firstly nano keratin is a brand name..... most good brazilian keratin treatments have a leave in time between 48 & 72hrs there are other treatments avalible that can be washed out same day but i personaly have no faith i these products long geverty.
