Does the machine get hot as it is used, and therefore is it ok to use on sensitive skin types?

Accordin to our report on Velashape it seems that velashape heats the skin and fat layer which is important for the fat to liquefy and get removed! But this doesn't cause any serious side effects.. only bruising and blisters that will fade away in a few days!
