Is bootcamp suitable for people with type 2 diabetes and hypertension?

I have type 2 diabetes and hypertension, but have been steadily working out with a personal trainer to get fit and lose weight. I would like to add a weekly bootcamp session to my programme - is this suitable given my medical conditions?

Yes, more is not necessarily better, There is a difference between fitness and health.
Note that its walking thats most often recommended as exercise for type 2 diabetes and HBP , not aggressive exercise.
