Tattoo removal dermabrasion?

Hi I want to get dermabrasion for removal of a tattoo on my foot. Scarring is not really an issue for me (it's on my foot after all - and its much easier to explain away a scar than a fugly tattoo!) Can you recommend any clinics offering this treatment?
