I am a kooky Londoner who loves to write about everything and nothing, and feels a strong need to change my hairstyle every two months.

I had never had Reflexology before, and am very happy I had my first experience with Gaia. She was very attentive, friendly and told me what the treatment involved before she started. I felt very at ease in her hands and had the most fabulous and relaxing foot treatment. I was sad for it to end!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Can't wait for my next appointment!

The minute I stepped through the door, I was made to feel welcome, and Virginia ensured that I was comfortable during my entire time with her. The Facial and Massage she gave me were probably the best I had ever experienced, and I was bitterly sad when it was all over - and all for great value for money too!

I would definitely recommend Virginia Williams Skincare Studio to anyone, and I'm looking forward to my next session with her!

I went along to this pedicure without knowing what to expect, and feeling nervous about the thought of 100+ fish going at my feet. As weird as it was at first, I found the whole experience was very relaxing and to my surprise, most of my hard skin under my feet had vanished!

The minute I arrived, I was instantly put at ease by a very helpful man called James, who explained what was going to happen, and assured me that I wasn't going to get my feet eaten off! I watched over 100 gara rufa fish happily suck away at my hard skin (they were more than welcome to it!) and after 5 minutes, the feeling went from weird to strangely calming - even watching them go at my feet was very relaxing. After my half an hour in the tank, my feet were much smoother than when they entered, and my cracked heel had been smoothen over - something my normal foot file couldn't do!

Weird as this treatment is, it certainly is very inventive. I was so impressed with the venue and the treatment that I'm already planning my next trip!

I bought a home visit massage Mobdeal for my mum, who has been suffering from a lot of back and leg problems for years and had never experienced a massage before.

The therapist who worked on her was very friendly and did her best to ensure that my mum was relaxed and comfortable throughout her treatment.

My mum said that she really enjoyed her massage and has not had any back or leg problems since! She's already thinking about booking another Return to Glory massage in the near future.

I had never been to Gina Conway before for a haircut, but thanks to the Wahanda Mobdeal, I was able to enjoy a facial followed by a haircut without wincing at the cost. My facial was done by a lovely therapist who customised it to my skin type, and even though it was a brief session, it was very relaxing.
I was then lead upstairs to meet the person who would be cutting my hair. After explaining to her the style I was eager to have, I left her to it. The washing of my hair and the lovely scalp and back massage was nice, and I felt very relaxed during my haircut. However, my fringe was cut much shorter than I had asked, but I was pleased with the overall style she had done for me and the way she had blow dried it. Would go back again but this time with a picture of the cut I want

It had been a long while since I practised Pilates in a class so I was quite nervous when I turned up to my first session. The classes were small - which I preferred - which meant that our instructor was able to work with us individually and ensure that we were performing the stretches correctly. She was very friendly, patient and made sure we weren't pushing ourselves too hard that would lead to an injury. At the end of the sessions, she would give us a set of exercises to perform at home to help us progress and really get the best out of our classes.
The only thing that bothered me was that the classes were on quite late which meant a bit of hanging around after work, but there were very enjoyable and really did help tone my lower body up.

I had never had a full body massage before so I did not know what to expect. But my therapist was very kind, helpful and made me feel completely at ease. She gave me a short consultation before we started so she could work out which oils to use, and to ensure that I got the most out of my treatment.

The only thing I will say is that whilst in the massage room, I could hear people running up and down the stairs quite loudly - not what you want to hear when you're trying to relax! However, the room was very ambient with dimly lit candles and soothing music that made me feel relaxed the minute I entered. The massage itself was amazing and so relaxing that I didn't notice that an hour had passed! All in all, it was a very enjoyable first experience, and I will definitely visit them again.

Warning: this is NOT for the faint hearted!

As a beginner, I found the session to be very challenging, but every muscle in my body was worked hard - even ones I had never felt before! The instructor was helpful enough to give me some alternative poses when he noticed me struggling but that was only a couple of times, and for the rest of the class I had to watch what the others did in order to copy the poses properly. However, this exercise is very effective and my body felt firmer after my first class!

The downside was there were only two small changing rooms, so you will find yourself sharing with a stranger - whether you like it or not - and the waiting area was very cold and small.

I would definitely do Beautcamp Pilates again, but perhaps at a different venue.

If you're looking for a fast haircut at an insanely cheap price, then look no further! Feeling unhappy with my long flat locks, I went along to Hair by Fairy with a picture of the messy, chopped up style I was after. I was told I did not have to make an appointment; I turned up, gave my name to the receptionist, and someone called me over to wash my hair within five minutes. I then had to wait for the next available stylish, and I was only waiting for five minutes before I was called. My stylist listened to what I wanted, and paid attention to the picture I showed him. He made sure I was happy with the length he had cut off before continuing, and proceeded to chop away at my locks in record time, and I am very pleased with the style. I was impressed by the speed and turn-around ,as I was on my lunch break, and still made it back to work with time to spare, but above all, I am very impressed by my new modern do and the fact that it cost me so little!

From the moment I walked into the salon, I was made to feel welcome by the friendly receptionist who offered me a glass of water whilst I waited. My hairdresser was friendly and very chatty, and paid close attention to the style I described to her. What impressed me the most was my hairdresser knew actually what kind of cut would suit my face, and made suggestions about how we could make the style I sort after enhance my features.

Once we were on the same wavelength, she went to work on my hair, always ensuring that I was happy with the length she was about to cut before she did it. She did an amazing job on my hair, cutting it exactly as we had discussed, and the whole session lasted less than an hour. And to cap it all off, the price was insanely cheap for that level of quality.

Katie Young's is the only place I would go to have my hair cut is because I know that the style I want is the style I will definitely get, but a thousand times better than imagined, and at a great price!
