I am a co-founder of Wahanda. I have worked in the lifestyle and internet businesses for years and am really excited about what we are building at Wahanda.
While I am not a professional therapist I am passionate about the wellness industry and how the internet can help connect consumers and professionals to raise awareness and find the ideal treatment.
Although I go to quite a few spas, I tend to have a very practical approach to wellness. I do yoga and lots of physical exercise and believe that a good regular massage is crucial to help me relieve stress.
Fantastic facial at a really wonderful facility. The therapist was really great and it was nice to be able to use the steam and sauna afterwards. A perfect way to spend a winter afternoon.
Another great visit to Metta -- I have been going to Metta for several years now and I am never disappointed. The Thai massage is excellent.
I am a big fan of Metta. The location is great; the facilities, although not luxurious, are clean and comfortable and the staff is fantastic. Best of all, the treatments are really amazing. I always come away feeling more relaxed. Highly recommended.
This is my third or fourth visit and I will be going back. Its not the cheapest but a really wonderful spa and a great place to treat yourself if you are looking for a good massage.
Great facilities, great treatments, good staff -- I really like this this place. Its a bit of a treat but well worth it. Have been quite a few times now and always enjoy it. Looking forward to going back.
This is a simple place on Edgware road -- nothing fancy but a really good massage at a great value. The facility itself is a room in side of a slimming and diet center but the room is clean and airy and the bed was very comfortable. Noki, the owner, is very professional and the massage is excellent. Sometimes at these kinds of places you get someone with little training but Noki has years of training as a massage therapist and you can really feel it in the treatment. I felt that she really took the time to adjust the treatment to work on all the tightest parts of my body which is always appreciated.
This is not a fancy place to spoil your mother or wife but ideal if you are looking for a good massage at a reasonable price.
I had a great massage with Jenny at the Elemis Day Spa and I have to say, I was impressed. The spa is very busy on weekends and there is a constant flow of people coming and going which makes the reception less peaceful than you might ideally want but the service is impecable and you can tell that they have got the management of the spa down to a very slick operations.
Getting an appointment at the time you want is not easy but its certainly worth it. The treatment itself was fantastic -- one of the best massages I had in a long time.
Simple place in the basement of a multi-use shop on the Cromwell Rd. Don't expect anything fancy. Treatments are well priced and Therapist was very nice but the thai massage was really more of a swedish massage.
This is a great local spa very well located in the Marylebone area and seems very popular with the local community. I had been meaning to go here for a while as it is known for its Japanese inspired treatments. The staff is excellent and you feel very welcomed from the moment you arrive.
I booked a great deep tissue massage through Wahanda with Rea who used a lot of pressure point techniques which were really beneficial. You could tell that she was a passionate and experienced therapist who knew her stuff. Chi Yu is well worth checking out.
Extraordinary facilities for central london -- this really is a magnificent spa. Treatment was perfect and use of the steam and sauna afterwards was a real bonus. Definitely not a place to miss.
