I'm adding to an already amazing catalogue of reviews - just shows how brilliant this salon is!

I had left my roots to grow for far too long and an impending holiday meant that I HAD to get them sorted out quick sharpish. I had some Wahanda gift vouchers to spend so booked a colour and cut at Lisa Shepherd and really enjoyed my experience. When I arrived I was shown to the waiting area and told I could help myself to refreshments and snacks. Let me tell you - that yellow SMEG fridge is the stuff dreams are made of!

I had a quick consultation with Jamie, my stylist, and he applied the colour whilst asking questions about my usual styling routine. Once the colour was done, I sat back in the waiting area with a cup of coffee and a magazine. Whilst the dye was being washed off, the lovely girl who was doing it offered some great advice on looking after bleached hair and which moisturising masks to use - plus a tip about silver conditioners - stuff I found really beneficial.

The cut was brilliant. I had previously had an asymmetrical cut with a thick fringe, but wanted to grow out those layers and start again with a classic cut that I could later whip into something different. Jamie did a brilliant job and transformed my wonky mop into a lovely choppy bob and sweeping fringe. My head felt loads lighter and the colour was perfect - I felt like the old me again!

I'll never leave it as long to get my roots done again (I'm sure I've said this before) and I'll definitely be popping into Lisa Shepherd again.

I bought the £20 MobDeal for me and my mum as a treat for when she came to visit. We'd spent the day walking around London so our feet were pretty tired once our appointment came round, but after only a couple of minutes in the tank we could feel all the tension just lift away.

I'd had a fish pedicure before at the Kensington Aqua Sheko but this was my mum's first experience, so I was pleased she loved it! When we arrived we had our feet washed and checked over for cuts and blisters, then given slippers to walk over to the tanks. We tried our first Japanese tea and watched the fish as they started their work. After the experience our feet felt fantastic, as if we'd not walked around at all for the day!

The only thing I'd improve is the lighting at the venue. It's quite dark and there is a lovely atmosphere but I was a bit scared of knocking my tea into the tank by accident!

I enjoyed a Hot Stone Rejuvenation Ritual with Bogdan and loved every minute! It was so relaxing and afterwards I felt so rejuvenated I skipped home as if I'd lost a huge weight off my shoulders.

The massage was more than just a treatment, the whole thing was an experience. From the relaxing music and gorgeous smelling massage waxes to the hot stones and lovely cup of detox tea afterwards, I felt like I'd been there for hours being pampered. It didn't feel like I was sat inside a Fitness First either.

Bogdan is a great therapist - friendly, informative, puts you at ease and gets that tension out with skill! I recommend making sure you book in right away.

I attended a free session with Julie to see if meditation is for me. I'd not tried meditation before, only simple breathing techniques, so was really happy to feel that in just that one session I felt calmer and more at peace.

Julie has a fantastic way of explaining meditation and what it's all about, without making you feel silly or that you can't possibly do it. I felt completely at ease and was really interested to hear how meditation had helped her. There were two meditation sessions broken up in-between with a stress tip, with the second being more in-depth. I've honestly never felt so clear and able!

The sessions don't make you feel silly for "thinking". Julie explains that you just need to train your mind to be aware of those thoughts but not indulge them. As someone with a very busy and distracted mind, those sessions really helped me on my way to clearing out all the stress and feeling clear.

I've been going here for power plate sessions for about 2 months now after saving up all my Wahanda gift vouchers. I'd tried power plate before but needed to get myself in a routine instead of doing sessions every now and then, so booked in once a week with a colleague.

Each instructor I've had has been so professional and friendly, making sure I have a good session every week and feel like it's been worth it. Jane definitely worked me the hardest, but she was so great I actually had fun working out! (Which I really don't do often enough). There's working out bored and uninspired, and there's sessions like these which actually make you feel motivated.

The sessions are really working for me so I'll continue to go here and maybe step up to 2 sessions a week, or even a 40 min CardioVibe session if I'm brave enough!

I managed to get booked in for a last minute quick manicure on the 23rd December before I went home for Christmas. I expected it to be so busy that there were no appointments but luckily they were able to fit me in for just over an hour later so I went off to get the last bits of my Christmas shopping in the meantime!

My nails were in desperate need of some attention since I'd left it so long after my last manicure, so the therapist had a difficult job on her hands but gave me the sparkliest red nails with perfect squares. I was really pleased with how well she shaped them as they really were so broken and and awkward. I'll be sure to pop in here again if I'm ever stuck!

I had never tried a Turkish Bath before so the owner of Pasha took the time to explain the history and benefits of the treatment and the black soap - which was really great. I wasn't too keen on being sat in a steam room for so long but once it got started I was fine and didn't panic! The therapists were great, but if you're not comfortable with a male therapist I wouldn't say the Hammam would be for you. We had a good giggle about the freezing water too!

The treatment itself is really long so you definitely get your money's worth and your skin feels so soft afterward! My therapist wasn't too rough with the exfoliation as my skin is quite fair so rashes easily, but hard enough to get all the dead skin away. I would advise to take your makeup off before you go in and definitely wear swimwear, although you can remove bikini straps for the exfoliation and mud parts of the treatment. All in all it was a fab treatment in a great place, I would recommend!

I enjoyed a Full Body Massage followed by a Manicure and was thoroughly impressed. My therapist, Gabriela, was very polite and asked me a few questions before the massage started. She checked if I had any allergies and how much pressure I preferred, and if there were any areas I specifically wanted working on. I said my upper back and shoulders tended to carry the most tension, so she spent most of the treatment time focusing there. The Elemis oils smelt delicious too - very lemongrassy!

Then I had a Manicure with my friend, which was very well done. It did chip on the way home, but that might just be me and my clumsiness on the tube! My nails were shaped perfectly and the selection of colours was very large - usually you only get to pick from 5 or 6 colours. I spent a very cosy couple of hours at CityPoint and will definitely go back to enjoy the facilities for a full spa day.

I really loved my experience at SenS and went home feeling so relaxed I almost fell asleep on the tube! I was lucky enough to enjoy a dark chocolate body exfoliation and white chocolate massage with hot stones, which really helped my tense back loosen up. Mariana is an excellent therapist! She gave me some great advice on my posture and tips on how to keep my back relaxed. The chocolate therapy definitely had an effect on my mood too, I went home smelling so lush!

I'd bought my Mum the MobDeal and she'd come down to London for the day to try it out so I decided to have a go too. I'd bought the previous MobDeal for a fish pedi and loved it, so wanted to try this place out too. The fish were quite small so the ticklish feeling was alright, certainly not uncomfortable, and in the full 30 mins there were plenty around my feet - they didn't look like they got tired at all. I think you'd have to go back for more sessions to see a benefit, but they also do a 15 min session which is handy to nip in every so often to keep your feet nice and soft. Would go again!
