Should I get microdermabrasion before or after a facial?

Asked by busterbuster 4 years  ago.

I was about to get a microdermabrasion but was was wondering if I should get a facial before or after the treatment? Someone told me it was best to get a facial first to get the skin clean, then microderm to polish. Or does it count as a facial in itself? Advice please! Thanks!!
