I own a medical aesthetic practice like no other that where all of my patients receive a special and personalised experience and I help to increase their confidence and self-esteem.

I qualified as a nurse in 1998 from the University of Worcester and specialised in emergency medicine and cardiology. I am an independent prescriber and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, member of the Royal College of Nursing and have full professional indemnity insurance. My aesthetic training was with Medics Direct, a leading provider of Medical Aesthetics Training Courses for Doctors, Dentists and Nurses throughout the UK.

I have always had a keen interest in the beauty and aesthetic industry party driven by my own personal experience of adult acne, ageing skin and sun damage. I have had many of the treatments personally over the years which I can now offer to you. Therefore, you can expect from me a very honest, affordable and realistic treatment plan to help you improve your skin and how you feel about your appearance. As a registered nurse, I have an ethical duty of care and my clients can be assured that they will always receive expert professional and honest advice.

I aim to provide a professional, yet friendly service, treating each client as an individual and conducting thorough, unhurried consultations. These enable the client to be well informed and ensure that the treatment they receive is the most appropriate to meet their needs and expectations. No hard sell, no blinding with science, no hassling guaranteed.

Currently I can provide treatments at your home in you live in the Rotherham and Sheffield area.

Many people believe that complementary therapies are a luxury, they are not.
If complementary therapies were used, instead of reaching for medical pain relief, more commonly known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs* (see below) then muscular aches and joint pains could be relieved by finding the root source of the problem and not just alleviating the pain.

I am a trained fully qualified therapist with a level three diploma in complementary therapy, further to that I am passionate about healing and have travelled around India and North Africa to research different ancient techniques.

Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology have been trusted methods for healing and improving both physical and mental health and well-being, without the use of surgery or medication for over 5000 years. Ancient Egyptian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Acupuncture & Trigger Point techniques are still used widely and successfully today. Upon consultation and understanding my clients needs I use a combination of the most appropriate methods to achieve amazing results as you can see from client testimonials.

I offer a mobile service as I strongly believe that a client needs to be fully at ease during treatment, this can only be achieved in familiar surroundings. Clients should not travel especially drive or face the elements following treatment as all the hard work could be undone. A mobile service is also an advantage as many of my clients are housebound
and unable to travel.

All treatments are tailored for a bespoke personal experience and rehabilitation, I blend my own massage oils using 100% natural ingredients. Offering all clients advice and aftercare and an opportunity to purchase oils if required.
I also offer Skin Care Products for use at home for a Softer Younger looking complexion, Smoother and BeautifulSkin, again all products are 100% Natural.

  • nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - (NSAIDs) are used to treat a variety of conditions that cause pain and inflammation, including arthritis and tendinitis. NSAIDs are also used to treat pain from injury or other causes of long-term pain. Although NSAIDs are reasonably safe, it is important to be aware of the potential side effects.Which include potential heart attack, stroke, and stomach bleeding. NSAIDs are safest when low doses are taken for brief periods. Side effects most commonly occur when NSAIDs are taken in large doses over a prolonged time, which is the case for many individuals I come across.
