I am a qualified and experienced bodyworker, having had extensive training in osteopathy, sports massage and medical acupuncture.

I started my career as a bodyworker in 2005. I enrolled on an intensive 4 year degree course with the prestigious British School of Osteopathy. The course was challenging and extensive. It fostered in me a thorough understanding of the bodys mechanics and gave me skills to interact with it in a variety of ways. This knowledge guides all my treatments, whether I am using massage, acupuncture or osteopathic technique, the understanding I gained during my osteopathic study helps me to know how to direct my treatment. In order to allow me to work my way through university and so that I could begin working in bodywork sooner, I took a course in sports massage and injuries, and set up practice as a massage therapist in 2006. I loved my work and being able to help people feel and perform better gave me a great sense of fulfilment and I knew I had made the right career choice. Since graduating as an osteopath in 2009, I have worked in practices in London, Kent and Glasgow and have taken further study in medical acupuncture.

I have been fortunate enough to work with and treat a variety of people, from sports people, musicians, doctors and other manual therapist to women during pregnancy and beyond, office workers and manual workers and people living with serious lifelong disabilities. I continue to learn every day through these encounters and feel privileged to be able to work in this field.

I love to learn new skills and add new dimensions to my treatments. Within my work, I draw upon my various training to tailor a treatment to you and your unique situation. In this way I feel I can help you achieve the best possible outcome.
