Unusual treatment, slightly painful but generally tolerable. The overall experience was alright but the treatment is not for me unfortunately.

The facial was really relaxing and made my face feel so clean and soft. The lady doing it put me at ease and ensured it was a relaxing treatment especially as I had come straight after work. She also have me good skincare advice

The luxury facial I went for was amazing. The lady was very professional and put me at ease. She gave really good advice to me about my skin and the facial was really relaxing and left my skin glowing. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Medium level service. The ambience was good, the material used ok. Not very "warm", but professional. The way my nails have been shaped is quite strange and I don't really like them, but they'll grow, I don't mind! My appointment was cancelled and changed because I have booked for a slot too late in the afternoon: why was it even available on the website, then?

Unfortunately developed a bad burn under my arm following the waxing treatment, other than that the rest of the service was good however this spoiled the experience somewhat
