Firstly, Treatwell really let Youth Maintenance down by failing to ensure my booking was communicated to them so I was not happy when I arrived at my original appointment to find it closed. Lisa at Youth Maintenance rectified this and booked a new appointment for me very quickly a convenient time. Great treatment with thorough checks, as I was a new customer, to minimise the chance of any reactions. Very relaxing treatment and my skin has felt so smooth and easy to maintain since. Fantastic value, lovely smelling products and staff. No complaints at all and I have already booked my next appointment - directly this time.

Whole experience was great and staff were chatty making you feel comfortable and relaxed and were willing to take extra time to accomadate my needs as booking process on website needed improving and further communication with the people that work there.
