I bought a voucher as a gift for my friend's birthday. She is a hard working mom and needed some time to unwind. She said the hotel spa's facilities were lovely and the treatment received was relaxing and exactly what she needed. Definitely recommend.

I want everyone to AVOID You Spa (Sarah Jones London)!! It was a terrible experience with them.
I booked an appointment via telephone and they took the money (clearly appears on my bank statement) but when I get there, they said my name is NOT on their reservation list and I have been refused for the service. They said they cant check if I made the booking on their 'SYSTEM'?! What a joke and time waster!!! When I asked for a full refund, they never get back to me!!!!THEIR PHONE NEVER WORKS, I THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED! AVOID this place!!!

When visiting the Spa at the Radisson I was suprised as it is only a small venue for such a large hotel. This a side the facilities where very clean and modern and the treatment room and equipment were more than adiquate. The therapist was organised and created a very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my Hot Stone Massage very much but could not comment on the value for money as it was a pre paid gift. The therapist was very informative and gave me a little skin care goody bag after the treatment which I thought was a really nice touch and a reat way to try products that were salon Quality.

My husband booked me in as a surprise. There is no parking at the hotel so I had to use a NCP car park which cost me a fortune. The spa is very small and is badly in need of a makeover. On arrival I was left waiting for 20 minutes before a member of staff greeted me. The massage was rushed and was the worst I have ever received. So so disappointed.

Facilities are very cramped, there are only two seats to sit and relax in. the shower was dirty and in desperate need of a makeover. Overall we were disappointed.

The therapist was spot on; friendly, efficient and helpful. The treatment room, though small, was adequate. Once I had had the treatment though, there is nowhere relaxing to sit apart from two chairs in the reception area - too much traffic to be relaxing or two chairs in the locker/toilet area. Who wants to relax there?! When I asked for a hot drink after my treatment, I was shown the kettle and told where to fill it up!!

The grout in the (one!) shower was chipped and grubby. No toiletries were provided. There was no hairdryer nor any onf the accoutrements one normally associates with a spa. Admittedly, through Wahanda, the treatment was a good price but frankly, had I paid the full price I should have been really unhappy!

Radisson is a well known name, usually associated with the luxury end of the market. This 'spa' is a let down. The gym area is of a decent size for hotel guests but to sell a 'pamper package' to non-residents then the experience needs to justify that title. i did not feel pampered to even a tiny degree outside of the therapist's treatment. Rev it up Radisson! Your reputation in the second city is at stake. People in Birmingham will pay for quality. What is on offer is not quality! Build it and they will come! Until then, I shall not be revisiting.

Very hard to book an appointment... no-one answers the phone. Left several voice messages before somebody called me back... which was over a week later.

Both booked a manicure and pedicure which were advertised as lasting 60 minutes long.

Therapist turned up late for my friends appointment ... no apology.

I was told I could use the sauna whilst my friend was seen to first... but I was left to my own devices and not shown around. The lockers were broken, so nowhere to leave my valuables, the shower was dirty and smelt. The sauna was very small but did the job. There were dirty towels from the previous days clients all over the floor and were not removed until around 11am.

I finally had my treatments. The therapist called me 15 mins after my allotted time slot. The treatments were basic but they did what they were supposed to. It took her 40 minutes to do both manicure and pedicure even though i paid for the full hour....

My finger nails and toe nails do look a lot better but i would not recommend you book this spa unless you get a voucher/deal.

Its very small but does have some great view of Birmingham!

The back massage was good and the therapist was kind. However the facilities are limited i.e. just a very small gym and and a sauna really. The view is nice thought.
Plus, it is really really difficult to rech these peolpe to book a treatment, they never pick up the phone or call you back! it took me a week!

Staff were extremely pleasant and very nice facilities but encompassed in a very small area - ok for a short visit but not if you were thinking of having a spa day feel. Woul go again but just for treatment time, not for gym.

I had a wonderful experience, the venue was easy to find, staff very friendly. I had a facial which I absolutely loved and would definitely recommend (didnt want to leave the treatment room as it was so relaxing). I must say I was expecting the facilities to be a bit bigger, but overall its value for money and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing value. 5 pounds for a treatment and to use the spa facilities. Situated in the city centre which was perfect. Really nice facilities, and a great way to spend the afternoon with a friend. Thanks Wahanda!

I have purchased 3 spa vouchers for this salon, and have lost all 3 due to , lack of appointments and no reply from several answer machine messages left, I did manage to get one appointment but had to cancel and as there was never no one answering calls only a answer phone they said the never got my cancelation message so therefore marked my voucher as used ,, the staff are very unhelpful and for a top rated hotel I am shocked at the level of service from there hotel spa, I will be writing to the hotel and spa individually

The one upset that cast a grey shadow over my visit was how hard it was trying to book. Not so much for the availability but as soon as they knew you had a wahanda voucher, their attitude seemed to change. All of sudden they had NO availability, they became brusque and their customer service skills became rather off-ish. Having worked in the luxury hotel industry for 20 years and health & fitness for 15 years, all of which are service industires, i know good service from bad. Having experienced this on 2 occassions in the beginning, it put me off going.

i felt exactly the same way, i had purchased multiple vouchers and now am finding almost impossible to book. Customer service left a lot to be desired... just frustrating when I was trying to book 4 weeks ahead of time for my sisters birthday treat.... i noticed the unhelpfulness when i said i had bought vouchers from wahanda, the member of staff suggested i get in touch with wahanda to get a refund?! but i didnt want that, i wanted an appointment?!
