Though Giulia was friendly and efficient the wax itself wasn’t great, it was a bit wonky and a lot of stubbly hairs were left on my skins so I’ll have to shave them off myself- completely defeats the purposes of getting a wax in the first place. Very disappointing given I got the wax for my holiday and am now unable to use the pool until my skins calms down and I can shave. There was also a lot of wax left on me with minimal attempt made to clean it off. My skin now looks very worse for wear.
