After reading all the positive reviews, I must admit I was (sadly) caught by surprise. The quality of service was poor (1 hour + wait and sloppy work). The final result was not too bad, but not too good either. Not very good value for money.

I was bought the hot scissors cut for my birthday from a friend and absolutely loved the treatment! Walter automatically puts you at ease and gives great advise! My hair is much fresher and I would highly recommend all to try this treatment! Thanks again xx
