First time at WS Studios and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Ana did my balayage, a difficult job on my very dark hair, but she managed to execute a beautiful result with perfectly blended colour. She really went above and beyond, with the appointment dragging on for longer than we envisaged. She was super attentive, kept asking if I needed anything, very friendly. Welcoming atmosphere with a cute dog who greets all the customers. Will be returning! 10/10
