Giving 5 stars because Natasha is a lovely lady. However there are few points, Treatwell suggest it is a one hour session and you expect a lot of scrubbing and message; however it is just 30 mins and remaining 30 mins for the consultations; more like express facial not a classic one. Mentioning that to Natasha, lovely lady gave 5 mins extra message. It feels alright as it feels not complete face was done by microdermabrasion equipment; around eyes, around lips and jaw line.
Strongly recommend to add clear details on Treatwell/website, explaining all the steps and how much time for real work. Natasha made a personal card hoping to see her again as she knows what is needed and being asked.

Natasha was exactly as other reviews have described, knowledgable and helpful and very experience. So happy with my treatments, my face looks so much healthier. She was very honest and took time to really understand my skin and asked suitable lifestyle questions to determine what was best for me. Her treatments are great value for money and she will only recommend what you need, unlike other therapists that try and sell you everything! Very happy and will definitely return.
