I had to reschedule my visit due to unforeseen circumstances and Debbie from Willow was very helpful to rearrange my booking. Overall, Very friendly and professional staff. Knowledgeable about products and happy to give advice in product range and ways of taking care of your beauty needs. My personal beautician Katie was very helpful and very nice. Thank you
