Both my friend and I purcahsed a Groupon voucher so thought we'd go together. As we both hadn't ever had the procedure done before, didn't really know what to expect but the company is about as large as my living which houses 2 massage beds and a space within the room acting as a receptin area. If you want privacy, don't go for this company in Canary Wharf as you'll be greeted with the next or previous partient waiting for their turn whilst watching you rinse your mouth out between sessions. The therapist quickly ran through the necessities and conducted a shade test to gauge the colour of the teeth before treatment. Anyway, we were both led to our separate beds and lay through this for about 39 minutes. Although the description says x3 15 minute sessions, in reality each laser sessions is for 13 minutes. When done, a shade test was done again and apparently I was 10 shades lighter and my friend was 6. Once we reached outside and checked our teeth, my friend was not convinced that her teeth were lighter at all as they were still quite yellow and as for mines, well they were a tad lighter but nothing noticeable. I'm just glad the voucher wasn't for more money. we also got a further voucher of £50 to return at a later date. the professionalism of the lady was questionable. Whilst my friend and i were lying there, she was constantly on the phone talking about what her friend did to her over the weekend and finding out solutions to appease the situation. As riviting as it was, I would have preferred silence or easy listening music!!!! WHen we left the studio, my friend asked me whether I thought the lady was qualified as everything seemed quite rushed and not what is usually expected of any service. Very strange indeed. Anyway, a month later, i decided to use my £50 return voucher for another full session as i'm sure my teeth were not white from the first session. so i duly called their office to book an appointment not realising that i could do this online. anyway, when she answerered the phone, i said i'd like to book an appointment. i was told she had a client and to hold on the line... which i did... so I waitied.... and waited.... and waited.... all whilst i was again hearing a conversation between her and her mother this time about some other personal situation with a friend and solutions on what to do.... OK, at this stage i knew she must have forgotten about me, then it was silence... at this stage i knew she had left the office! Anyway, i ended up booking the treatment online. so i turned up for my appointment and this time it was another lady who acted as the therapist. after my session, i realised the first lady was a lot more professional than this one (and that's saying something!). This new lady didn't even dry my teeth before placing the gel onto them which I hear is crucial to the effectiveness of the whitening process. so after i rinsed my mouth, i took a tissue and quickly wiped my teeth dry. Also, the televison was on very loud showing some dull American comedy like 3rd rock or will and grace or something equally rubbish. there were other customers coming in to get their teeth done and i noticed they were first timers. The therapist rushed through the preliminaries then hopped them on the bed to start the treatment. Then when they were finished, she told two separate clients their teeth were 10 shades lighter. i had to laugh because i'm sure the clients weren't thinking that and just went along with it. she didn't consult nor discuss much to the new customes which at least the other lady did. Terrible service. I keep seeing the same type of reviews for this particular stuido in canaary wharf and wonder why their head office hasn't pulled this particular pracice up about how they operate. It's crazy!!! Will definitely not be going there again. I'll definitely be getting my teeth whitened but will get this done elsewhere as I feel this company may be ripping us off!

I've never been to a teeth-whitening studio before, and wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Everything - paperwork, consultation, and whitening - occur in the same relatively small room, which was at first off-putting, but wasn't problematic once the whitening itself began.

I felt that the technician did a comprehensive job of explaining the difference between their product (B-Zero) and the bleach that can be commonly found elsewhere, and I was pleased with her candor about the fact that this would not make my teeth dazzlingly white but instead would lighten them considerably. I'm a non-smoker who doesn't drink coffee, soft drinks, or juices and who regularly brushes and flosses but my teeth are, for some reason, never as white as I would want.

I'm very pleased to say that, after today's session, my teeth are 10 (yes, ten) shades lighter than when we initially started. I couldn't ask for better results, and would highly recommend this healthy treatment to anyone interested.

My only recommendation would be, if possible, to partition the reception area a bit more so that there is more privacy for all clients.

terrible - avoid at all costs. The room is 10ftx10ft, there is a reception desk, office and two beds next to each other where you and some other poor sod get "treated". The receptionist does the treatment and there is no consultation whatsoever.

Used the Groupn deal - this is the second time I've used Groupon treatments, the last one was in an office in an NCP car park.

I had my teeth whitened in April. I recived a flyer through my door for an offer of £80. The studio was a bit difficult to find due to my phone giving me the wrong directions to the back of the building. The staff where very helpful and directed me to where i needed to be.
I was given a consent sheet and the therapist talked me through it as well as the treatment process. I was very nervous and she gave me lots of time to ask questions and made me feel more at ease.
The treatment works better with no lights on, as it was dark outside there were lamps on and mellow music on (can't remeber what) it was very relaxing I nearly fell asleep.
My teeth went 8 shades lighter and i was very happy. I was given good aftercare and the white diet was explained to me. (although some of it is boring - needs must)
I am booking in for a top up in the very near future.

I went for my teeth whitening treatment in February after having purchased a £69 voucher from Mightydeals.

I booked my appointment online and was told that I would receive confirmation of my appointment (that never came), I called the studio three (3) times, no one answered or returned my messages.

I decided to turn up on the day I had requested via the online booking system, weary that I may not have been booked in, but prepared for anything judging by their lack of customer relations.

I was told to lie down and open my mouth, the process was not explained to me and I was not given the chance to ask questions. Then I had to hear the conversation between the employee and her friend on the personal lives of people they know (who is dating who, who got thrown out of their home etc).

I admit my teeth were a few shades whiter after the treatment, but... was it worth it? I do not think so. Staff are not rude, but are at the basic level of civility.

I visited Whiter Smile Studio in Canary Wharf after purchasing a groupon deal for £59 whitening. The studio itself is just a small room with two fold up massage tables in. The treatment itself I found really quite uncomfortable due to the device that's placed in your mouth to keep it open. I left the surgery with impressions on my face from the shield! My teeth look the absolute tiniest bit whiter (if at all). I certainly wouldn't recommend this treatment it was a waste of time & money for minimal (if any) result.

I was highly disappointed with my service received as well the results from my 'laser teeth whitening'. My teeth had shown no difference even after being told I had gone 7 shades whiter. I found the treatment to be very uncomfortable as Its just a small room and a massage bed. The consultant was friendly however lacked professionalism. She listens to the radio and talks on the phone very loud as if she was in her room rather then at work. I'm glad I didn't pay as much- however I question whether i should of complained as I am a in satisfied customer. I warn everyone to not bother , if your teeth are not as yellow like mine you will not be getting the Hollywood smile you wished for!
