I chose this salon on its excellent reviews it didn't disappoint.Im not a fan of going to the hairdressers but Sue was calm and talked me through what she was doing and the cut was really lovely.

After treatment my roots were dark and no different despite being told they would be covered. I’ve emailed and completed an online form. I paid £55 and had no reply as to if they will rectify this by refund or correcting the treatment.
