I never do this so I tried to be fair in regards to the therapist and the venue ( all good), however I'm not happy with the customer service.
I have previously, at other venues, had a wax while on my period. Clearly, I don't book the wax to coincide with my period but it happens.
I came on my period on the morning of the wax and was told by the therapist that she couldn't proceed. I was then told when emailing that I won't get a refund. If this is their policy then fine, but pls show me where.
