A mix bag tbh. My eyebrows look great and the beautician was lovely. The massage was fine as was the facial. However what really put me off was the massage bed was small and didn't have a gap for my face so it was pretty uncomfortable. There was also thumping music from the room next door which was not conducive to a relaxing time.
