My esthetician was highly professional and skilled, taking the time to understand my preferences and concerns before beginning the treatment. She explained each step of the process clearly and ensured that I was comfortable throughout.

SUCH a great wax. Mihaela was lovely and super thorough. She uses a really nice brand of wax that (coupled with her skill) really doesn't hurt, which is saying something for a Hollywood! Also, Schitt's Creek was playing on the TV during my appointment, which was a fun distraction. I'll definitely be back!
