I booked and went for an ESPA Essential Facial and was not disappointed. I'd had the shorter facial before (approximately 25 minutes) which I had thoroughly enjoyed but I had treated myself to the longer treatment and was not disappointed. I felt completely pampered and relaxed and I loved the ESPA products used.
Unless you are on a spa day you've got limited spa facilities, but I'm a member of the gym so I can use the pool etc anyway. If you're just having a treatment, you only usually get the use of the relaxation area.
The staff were helpful, friendly and polite as I've always found them to be and the treatment was fantastic. Can't wait to pamper myself here again soon.

I use the Viva Spa at Bury on a regular basis and I am always very satisfied with my treatments. The life saving back massage or the hot stones back massage are two of my favourite and always leave me feeling extremely relaxed and pampered. The staff have always been polite and professional and the spa itself has always been clean and relaxing. I will be back again soon!

The spa facilities were great and the staff really helpful and friendly. The only downside was having to eat lunch in the public bar area. It would have been nicer to remain in my gown and enjoy lunch within an area of the spa, this would have been more relaxing than having to get changed and have lunch in a busy public area surrounded by business people on their laptops ! The treatments were great and no criticism at all in respect of this experience.

The staff were really helpful. The gym was excellent. We both enjoyed our treatments and overall were very happy with the day. I would definitley visit again. If only I'd have given the eton mess a miss! (it was lovely btw)

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Lobby was welcoming. Room was clean and welcoming. We didn't use the leisure facilities but had a look at them an now wished we'd had some swimwear with us. I would definately visit again.

Facilities were good but the pool could have been bigger. It was a leisure pool suitable for families with a section roped off for adult swimmers. A little disappointing when you've booked a spa day which includes use of the facilities.

Other than that, it was a great day. The therapy was really good and my skin felt great for at least a week afterwards.

The lunch was massive but no drinks included which was a shame.

Best massage I have ever had, lovely therapist. Nice clean Facilities. Lunch was lovely but in the bar upstairs so you do have to get changed to go and have this, other Spa days I have been on this has been served whilst in your gowns in a relaxation room.
Only down side is the pool was full of children and huge floats jumping in all around you therefore not the most relaxing. Also whilst in the jacuzzi as this was next to the pool you could just hear them all playing and shouting.
