What an absolute gem! I am blown away by this place, and the selfish part of me doesn't want to share it, but this place needs to be shared. After sometime my "lady garden" needed some maintenance. Smruti is an absolute star in pain-free waxing. Honest. A Hollywood. Pain-free. The value for money is such that I don't feel I paid enough for my treatment. The staff are charming, the two treatment rooms are spotless, and the products are second to none. No hard sell, no salon products being promoted, just great service, and excellent post care advice. I'll be going back for maintenance visits!

Had my eyebrows threaded and really recommend Vitalia for this service. Pain free, great shape and took the time to explain even though I have been trying to thicken my eyebrows I have a lot of fair hairs so a tint may help enhance the shape. She did not push this though and said if I wanted to try next time I could. Will definitely return.

- Very friendly staff - Very good value for money - Rather not so impressive ambience of the store though (it's upstairs of cheap-looking hair salon) - There was no sign of dirtiness, but because of not so impressive interior/ambience made me rate cleanness not 5

The experience was great. I really enjoyed the massage. The only surprising thing was that they didn't have a shower on premise, which would have been useful after a massage.
